Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Tracking details of every shipment shall be shared via email and SMS with the customer. 

DELIVERY TIME

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is confirmed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. We do not ship our products on Sunday.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within a maximum of 7-10 business days from the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Pre-paid orders

We offer FREE Shipping on all pre-paid orders of Rs 999/- and above. There will be no additional delivery fee charged during the time of checkout. The order may take min 5-6 days to reach to you. And don’t worry, you will be able to track your parcel with the help of the tracking details we shall provide right after your order is dispatched !

Cash on delivery

For now, we don’t have a COD service available. Keep checking this page for any updates!

Cancellations

Orders that are placed can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care within 24 hours of the time of order placed. The full amount will be refunded back into your account, which may take 8-10 business days to reflect.

Exchange

The order can only be exchanged if the new invoice has a total amount equal to, or greater than the previous order placed. If your new order constitutes of a lesser amount, the balance amount will be credited and converted into coupon for any future purchase.

Refunds

On the purchase of a single product, we only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping, or any other case (final decision to be taken by us), provided that you reach out to our customer care team within 2 days of delivery of the concerned order. The product itself should be properly sealed and unused as dispatched from our end, since we do not offer refund on used products.
